Whole Network Crashing if I try to TP to a closed server

I've been having this issue lately, where I would do, for exemple /PvP to go to Duels, but the server was offline or it just crashed, the server, no, sorry, the entire Network would crash, and only the owner, MineMaster_YT can fix, by restarting the network.

But sadly, every player can do it on accident, and we can start loosing players because of this. So we need this issue fixed, quick. Do you know of any way we can fix this issue? If yes, please reply ASAP.
