Is it possible to connect to a Bungee Instance?

So, this is kind of a, maybe dumb question, but, I still want to know if it is possible.

Is it possible to grab the IP of the main Bungee Instance, and log onto it? Or does it refuse my entrance? I'd like to know if that is possible. If it is not possible, could you tell why it is impossible?
