Bungeecord Could not connect to a default or fallback server

Hello, I have a problem with my Bungeecord, it's a problem with
"Could not connect to a default or fallback server. Incorrectly configured address/port/firewall?"
I don't understand where is the error?
I've followed the bungeecord installation method but the error still persists
