Donating and Voting

Hello,

Sorry if this question get's asked alot, but currently voting only works on a certain server, the same goes with donating.
How can I make it so that whenever someone donates or votes on 'Server X' they also get the rank and/or voting reward on 'Server Y' and 'Server Z.
