High Cpu, High Ram and High Ping!

Hello,

i have the Bungee Version #593 and i have since the 1.6.2 bigger problems...
Early(1.5.2) i have a ping 40-60. And Now i have 100-1000!(1.6.2)

But the Ram and the Cpu is very high:

Cpu: 1-20%
Ram: 4,4gb(4400mb)

Is this a bug or what?
I have every day 200+ Player and host about 10 Minecraft Server.

Can you fix or help pls?
