I need some help with my BungeeCord.

I made my BungeeCord Folder placed BungeeCord.jar in there and made a File with this code in it: java -Xss192k -Xmx1G -jar BungeeCord.jar

I then ran The Command file and it said: You don't have permission to access this file

then i proceeded to search on how to fix it and i did in terminal "Chmod a-x (Dragged in file)" and it then let me open it but when i opened it, it said "
jasmins-iMac:~ jasmin$ /Users/jasmin/Desktop/BungeeCord/BungeeCord.command ; exit;

Error: Unable to access jarfile...

I need some help with my BungeeCord.
