tablist

Hi, im moving on eith my bungee project, but i need help with some last questions.

1. how to make 1 global tablist so players from all servers would be in there.
2. how to make that players in server list would see the number of all players that are inside in all servers(last time when i tryed - in server list i was seeing only those who was in hub server, but not all the rest who was in factions or creative)
3. how to set that max hub server players is 1...
