How To Setup VoteSend?

Hello,

I've had my servers connected via Bungee for a little while now, but I'm wanting to try and get the VoteSend plugin working. This is what I have done so far:

Installed Votifier & VoteSend on Hub server.
Installed Votifier & GAListener on all over servers (excluding BungeeCord server).
Put in the Votifier IP, port & key for other servers into the VoteSend config.
Tried to vote, nothing.

Can someone tell me where I'm going wrong? :S
