BungeeCoord with Multicraft

As I was setting up BungeeCoord on multicraft I ran across a question which I can't seem to find an answer to. As most of you know, you set the player limit in the bungeecoord configuration file. However when you create a server with multicraft, it asks you for the amount of players.
