I was thinking that I see some of these networks with large amounts of players but there are practically no players in any of their lobbies. Isn't it possible to simply add offline servers to your bungeecord config and add them to your overall playercount? If so, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of newer networks did that to boost player numbers.

Hello everyone!
Could you please tell me, does it make sense to put a bunch of servers bungeecord on one dedicated server or is it stupid? Or maybe it will help to break the load? I have two worlds on my server: the first is standard survival world, the second is world of mini-games. What is the best way to optimize the performance of the server with a growing online?

Best plugin for cross-server permissions

Hello Spigot Community, this is my first post.

Anyways I am looking for a plugin that can do cross-server/bungeecord permissions and have exclusive permissions for each server. The problem is that my Hub server has reduced permissions (no /pay etc.) while my Factions server needs those commands but currently my MySQL + Pex setup doesn't allow for that. I am looking for a workaround like server exclusive permissions

DDOSing

Hey guys,
Sorry for the vague title I didn't know what else to put...
Basically I run a creative server and ever since I posted the IP on planet minecraft it's just been DDOSed or DOSed a bunch of times which is incredibly annoying because I can't afford proper DDOS/DOS protection :/
So I was thinking this earlier, could I use bungeecord as just a proxy which will send people directly to my server and someone tries to DDOS/DOS the bungee server it'll only take that down and no one will be...

Im looking for a plugin so i can share inventory across a configurable group of servers connected to my bungee server

i tried to write one myself before and it worked like 95% of the time.. but sometimes it would fail in ways that lead to item duplication or loss of inventory..

so hopefully someone has a better way of doing it than my hacky way..

Bungeecord 1049 and Forge Server

Hi,
I was looking for advice , I currently have a network with Bungeecord and 9 servers running spigot builds all 1.8
I was looking to add a forge server to my network but when I try to type /server forge which is a blank temp server I setup it simply does nothing , doesn't recognize anything at all, its all added in the normal way same as a regular server would be to the bungee config etc , I tried to test by teleport signs in case it doesn't like a direct connection but nothing happens at...

New Server hacks? UUID Changer? Help!

Hey guys today my server got griefed by... Myself... and i nothing know about this.

So i have an bungeecord netwerk with many servers.

A new player joint the game and comes online With my UUID and the Name "smillingDeath"

But the Real name from the UUID that the player has is "SimbaZockt"

So he tooked my UUID for his name. And gave herself Op + Permissions ex "*"

How does that work? and how can i fix this?

[Solved] BungeeCord - Connection Throttled

Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank you for looking into my problem. So recently people have been getting the "connection throttled" message and I use Spigot and have the BungeeCord setting in all of them but this only seems to happen on the first login to the Hub. In the BungeeCord config.yml it is set to "0" and I tried "-1" and "4000" and it happens with everyone! Suggestions?

Players lose everything when I switch to Offline mode

I tried to switch my server to Offline mode so it could work with BungeeCord, but when I switched it to Offline mode, for some reason, everyone's inventory was lost, ranks were lost, Essentials homes were lost, etc. I turned the server back to Online mode and everything was restored.

Is there any way I could switch to Offline mode and everything will stay the same?

Is Bungee crashing all my servers?

About a week ago I found out that all my servers crashed at the same time. I was quite confused and it looked like no one else had this problem.

What is happening is that all my 14 servers including my bungee are crashing. I do not think it is a plugin crashing it because why would bungee crash. This happens randomly every now and then. The crashes seem like someone is terminating them in the console. I do not get any errors when they crash. The only error I get is this:

Hi, rather HUGE problem because any user can join thru a cracked client. The servers are all on ports that are not accessible to anyone but localhost. The way I have it, you can't join on 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.2 (the host computer) so your forced to join on a real IP thru bungee. I have bungee set to online_mode: true. The server are offline and have been working for a while. We noticed this when my server got griefed by a staff member on the wrong IP. I don't like cracked players joining the...

I just search for a plugin that,when i rightclick an item,sends me to another bungeecrod server. Not like Compass navigation where you have the gui,just with one server where you dont have to choose the server you'd like to join. Thx for any help :)
