Issues Connecting To Bungee

My friends are having issues connecting to the bungeecord server, it don't ping for some people but for other people they connect fine. Could someone help?

EDIT: The IP I'm using is a domain I bought, but with the other IP (normal server ip) they are able to connect fine.
