BungeeCord not working

Hello, I want to bungee both my Lobby and prison server using a seperate server to be the Bungee host.
Prison IP: 37.187.139.125:25897
Lobby IP: UForce.ddns.net:25715
Host IP: 37.187.146.16:25574
I have tried to bungee these but it does not seem to work.
