Bungee cord is not connecting to servers running on bukkiet on my network

Hello,

Ever since i have updated my server to the new spigot and bungee i have not been able to connect to any servers on my network that are using bukkiet. It seems i can only connect to the ones that are using the new spigot, why is this ? and how can it be fixed ?
