Bungee Using Fallback Server MOTD

After restarting BungeeCord earlier, I noticed something strange in the server list. My Bungee MOTD had changed to the MOTD I set for the hub server. I didn't change any plugins or mess with any configs. All I did was end BungeeCord as normal and restart.
The MOTD is set like this in the BungeeCord config:
