CloudFlare and Bungeecord?

Hello all, I have a quick question today.
I'm gonna be using CloudFlare with my network to manage some records, including the servers.

So I'm just wondering if a player joins, and I IP ban them, will it ban their IP or Cloudflare?
If it makes a difference, I'm using AdvancedBan installed on the Bungeecord.
